The Owners
Jay is a CPA and a former Internal Revenue Service Revenue Agent and Appeals Officer with over 28 years experience in the area of personal and corporate income taxation and collection activity. Our experience and knowledge of the procedures within the IRS, specifically in the area of Appeals, Counsel and the Audit function, allows me to prepare documents, facts and best evidence necessary to resolving the issues on a satisfactory basis. By utilizing my expertise and contacts, we have successful assisted individuals and tax professionals in representing their clients this past several years. We have also provided representation to tax professionals when requested.
We can assist you by providing you with a better perspective of the documentation necessary to carry an issue in the examination or collection process. Often the presentation is more important than the documents themselves. We have successfully concluded cases when documents didn't exist or were woefully inadequate. Presentation is extremely important.
